Since 2015, ALPSERVICE group's industrial climbers have been performing high-altitude life support services for the world's first fixed platform (MLSP) Prirazlomnaya, which started producing oil on the Arctic shelf. In 2011, to mark the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's flight into space, ALPSERVICE group's industrial climbers completed a full range of anti-corrosion protection works for the SOYUZ rocket carrier at the Samara space station. The QUALITY of work was controlled by the inspector of corrosion works supplier of paint, technical supervision of the chief chemist of the Federal state unitary enterprise SRP "TsSKB-Progress" (now JSC "RCC "Progress"") and the representative of GK "Rosatom". The anti-corrosion protection of the 68 m high SOYUZ rocket carrier monument was performed in accordance with ISO 12944 "international standard for anti-corrosion protection of metal structures", i.e. the QUALITY of the work performed meets international standards. The QUALITY guarantee for the work performed was 5 years.
During the construction of the Samara-arena stadium for the 2018 FIFA world Cup, ALPSERVICE group industrial climbers performed high-altitude anti-corrosion protection of the metal structures of the stadium dome and entrance groups, as well as installation of grids on friction joints. In order to meet the needs of Supervisory services and not hinder the implementation of installation and construction works, FLEXIBILITY in the organization of dangerous high-rise and paint works was associated with daily coordination of the work of related contractors, the requirement of a common schedule for the General contractor and the state customer, quality control of hidden works of technical supervision. Due to the impossibility of working under working climbers and in the zone of airless application of paint, we had to find FLEXIBLE compromise mutually beneficial solutions for joint work.
